Is this place closed I was planning to go in July to visit but I was told that it's closed due to demolishing or remodeling projects

Only the Fish Market & Food area is open, all the shops are under construction or gone for now. You could always run by Crafted for small business handmade shopping ♡ on 22nd/Harbor

The fish market and some restaurants are open- the other half is blocked due to remodel/demo.

It's opened but only the food area. If you want to shop around no much to see

The entire shopping center is being rebuilt, buy the fish market its self remains open.

Recently visited this place, according to the staff's told me that they're open everyday. Business hour from around 11 am and closing depend on the crowds (demand)
