Fish market is open ,shops are all closed off,under construction.Ports o Call restaurant is open.

The shops are under construction but the restaurants are not. The ferry ride is still open too and same goes for the more expensive restaurant all the way to the end

yes the parking lot is under construcrion but you can still go to the restaurants and shops in port
