No. They dont deliver. You have to go there and they give you several bags of free groceries like canned and dry goods, frozen chicken, eggs, bead, milk, fresh fruit and vegetables etc. It's best if you get there early like an hour or two before they open.

Well the Sova Food Bank is a place where is there's a Kosher diet diabetic diet many other different types of specialty diets also they serve any and all people with if you bring an ID and or piece of mail if you have a place whether it's one single person or a family. For me they give the best food out of all the other food banks God bless this place. Also if you have a car get there a little early or if you are coming on the bus make sure you bring a rolling cart. They have free legal advice on some days they also have people assisting the homeless path shelters Outreach team also as a side service. Also Department of Social Services. If you have a cat or a dog they also have food for the animals as well.
