Can someone explain to me, How can I go inside the preserve? All the time that I'm using google maps it takes me to the Antioch Historical Museum

Take the Antioch/Pittsburg highway west toward Pittsburgh. About 3/4 of a mile in the main entrance is on the right. It's easy to miss. It's across the highway from one plant dispensary right before the water treatment plant

Once you arrive to Antioch Amtrak Station, you should go to the Antioch Marina. There in a kind of tree pass way aside to the rail tracks. You should get to the end, and there in the entrance of the trail and reserve.
