Recently moved in to the jasmine willow community at the Preserve. The previous owner we bought it from claims he never got a key to the pool and never gave us one. Anyone know where I can get the key to the pool?

You would have to bring your documents such as a lease or grant deed. Your ID, check book and a tenant authorization signed by owner if renting. Once you have all that go to Parkhouse and see if your address is eligible to register

At the hoa office.. you have to pay $50.00 .. it is impossible they didnt get one.. all house owners has 1 pool key and 2 mail box keys

Your association should help you. There is contact info on the bill.
