Love my HOA and the amenities!

Don’t let the draw of the pool make you think this is a place your kids will have fun. Today when I questioned management about why my son couldn’t use his divers, I was told the pool “isn’t for play,” which seems odd since swimming by definition is recreational. Kids aren’t allowed to have diving toys, balls, floatation devices, or anything else that would encourage enjoyment or fun at the pool. Her excuse was safety, which is ridiculous, but if you’re that concerned about the safety of the children in the pool, hire a lifeguard. Hire two or four. Our HOA dues should more than cover that cost. Until they do that and change the rules, my kid will just have to paddle back and forth across the pool aimlessly. I’m sure he’ll get hours of entertainment out of that. Unless you’re here to swim laps, you’re going to be disappointed (and stalked relentlessly by an employee making sure your kids don’t play at the pool).

I've held a few family events here. The staff has been accommodating and the room is large enough to fit 50 people comfortably. The pool and other amenities are great for when I have guests over. The splash park area is a kid favorite.

As a resident of the area, the is a nice spot to sit back, relax and recline. Plenty of areas to lounge, whether it be outside or inside. A pool area to cool off during the summer time. Last but not least, a 24/7 gym area. Overall, if you are a resident and are looking for a place to just relax, workout, study, hang with friends, etc; This is the place to go.
