Worst dump in the city! At times, which are most often than not, the entrance line is extremely long, and it takes about five minutes per car to process. Then the line to actually dump takes forever. The inside is naturally disgusting. Make sure to wash your shoes at the washing station near the exit. Now the last exit line is usually, also, very long, as in "wrap-around the corner" long. Only go here if you absolutely have to save the money. It's the cheapest place, but be prepared to take about 1.5-2hrs for the dumping process, no exaggeration!

They’ve turned the local dump into the DMV. It took 2 hours to dump a trailer load of wood. Only the government could complicate dumping trash.
