I had an accident on 8/22/22 and I have been calling Kemper/Infinity multiple times a day and left over 20 messages. My phone was damaged and doesn’t work, my car was totaled and still in the tow yard, I went to the ER with bruises all over my body. I left messages for the adjusters Monica Turnley and Emily Engen and the supervisor Chris Isner and nothing! I even released my vehicle to Infinity to move it and nothing. I’ve sent email after email with photos of my injuries and letting them know I can’t even work and they don’t care about anyone. They are exposing their insured to an excess judgement if I have to follow a law suit!

Excellent Insurance Company it's just that wherever you live they base your insurance rate on your ZIP code it's not fair so that means if you live in a not-so-good neighborhood your insurance is higher that is stereotyping not good

I wish I could leave a NEGATIVE star review, ONE isn't even good enough. This company lies, they don't speak english, they don't let you speak to supervisors. I am just a few phone calls away from going there personally to collect my payment. Their insured hit ME and I am still waiting for just a rental reimbursement almost a year now. Its annoying, they will hear from my attorney.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I changed address and called to inform of my address change and they didn't have the decency to tell me the rates were going up when I called, to pay what I normally pay I found out about the raise in rate in the automatic service, when I called today, they wouldn't work with me to pay the remaining balance next month with the new balance thus also charging a late fee for the remaining balance. Stay away from this insurance company, low cost or rates does not mean good quality. I wish Florida had other insurance underwriters to change to. Kemper is also Infinity, steer clear away from these people.
