Parking, yes. And there is a nice view from the park area. However, getting down the path to the beach is still a bit of a hike.
The cove is not particularly accessible for people who have trouble walking. If that might be an issue for someone in your party, Leo Carillo offers a similar tide pool experience and is much, much easier to access from the parking lot.
There is small parking lot next south side of entrance which has a disabled parking space, also it's free. It's a long down hill walking to the beach.
