How early can I start a hike on a Saturday morning with my Doggo :) ??

I've seen people at 7:00

As early as any state recreation parkl opens. Parking is $6

You can start your hike at 7 AM

The main parking lot opens at 9 am but there's another little lot right by it,with just a couple of parking spots. It says 30 minute parking from 7am but it's free . I went at 6:30 on a Tuesday and left my car there for about an hour and a half and it was okay .. there's usually no one there in the morning .
