There sre a few benches along the trails bur few and far between. So if you wish to sit and talk find a quiet place on a hillside to ground yourself and be one with nature just like you did as a young child. The earth has powerful grounding force and has many healing properties. Dont knock it try it sometime and you will see for yourself. Happy trails.
