Ubiquitous ±10-acre neighborhood park with very few amenities. - No restrooms - Street parking only - Water feature that's currently closed due to the drought - Tot Lot & playground - Non-researvable picnic areas that have a decent amount of shade - Large grassy area - Soccer field Nice if you live in the area but otherwise no need to visit. P.S. surprisingly graffiti-free considering its East Syde location.

Location is a little sketchy as the police are constantly patrolling around Jeanne Avenue and Appian Street. It is a nice Park, but I wouldn't want to be there alone once the sun starts to go down.
