The monthly is $1325 now. It was $700 in 2014.
My plan was about $1000. Down and $153. A month. Not bad rent for the bay area!
We joined Thousand Trail for the south west region for a year at the same price we were going to stiin Yosemite valley for a week. That way we stayed at four different Thousand Trails parks four the price of one week. Morgan Hill was one of the parks.
