I love Uvas Reservoir and I'm so happy it's back to it's glorious day's. In the sense that the lake it's back to having tons of water. And the fishing picking up. The fish populations becoming healthy again.

You can see a good deal of the reservoir and there is a small picnic area next to the parking lot. You can walk on a small trail from their. If you stop right before the parking lot and pull on the side of the road you can see the dam

Yes, you can if you go deep enough but I stayed on the shallow end for the most part. There were some living pests that clung to my feet afterward but as long as you stay cautious, you should be fine.

Dont think so the mercury levels are quite high because it used to be s mercury mine in the 50s so I personally wouldn't.
