Hi Noel. Outside food is not permitted inside the park but there are lots of areas to set up a picnic or enjoy outside food within Emerald Glen Park located just in front of the water park. Just get your hand stamped for re-entry.
Not inside the water park. They search your bags. You can take food to the park they have outside if you want to have a picnic.
