The facility itself is nice and my kids enjoyed themselves. The slide seams could be better. The loungers were filthy upon arrival and honestly not worth it. They could at least sweep or wipe them off. We got two sets and wish we hadn’t.

My daughter is 2. We were playing in the playground structure area. She was sliding down the slide by herself all morning. Then midway through the day, I lifeguard approached us to tell us she was too small to go down the slide. Now, I am not asking the Waterpark to break any regulations but the fact that my daughter as well as a bunch of other kids her age and her size were playing and having fun, then to suddenly tell us they are no longer allowed on the slide ruined my daughter's day. Honestly. Anyone with toddlers, this place isn't worth it bc they're practically in a pool with the lithe kids watching them have fun while they hang out side the structure. You might as well go to a splash pad park for free. This place is only kids, teenagers and adult friendly. Not toddlers. They only have slides for the big kids.a big pool got the bigger kids and adults. And the play structure area where small kids play. Your toddler is going to want to go on that play Structure. There's not much to do in that play structure but to get on and get off of they're not going down the slide. On top of that, as we were leaving this lady brought her 7 or 8 year old kid into the women's changing side and there isn't much privacy on that side other than the showers where it's wet. So regulate my child for having fun, but don't regulate ppl who bring boys into the women side.

The Wave’ is host to six (yes SIX) exciting outdoor water slides. The ‘splash zone’ is an interactive area with sprayers, nozzles, water jets, and its own designated slides for younger patrons not ready for the larger towers. The outdoor sports pool is designed for team practices and individual athletic training. It offers eight 25-yard competition lanes that are seven feet deep and three 25-yard warm-up lanes at four feet deep. The centre runs extensive water education programs, which all take place in the ‘Natatorium’ – the indoor pool heated to a comfortable 82-84 degrees all year round. The Natatorium itself has six swimming lanes of 25-yards each, three instructional bays, and lots of stairways, including a ramp to cater for all abilities. There are also shaded outdoor areas for rental to groups, and of course, locker facilities to secure your personal items while you enjoy your time in the water.

the place is good, near to me... nice 1 day fun for Kids and family. if you like water slides this is good place and affordable... they also have indoor and outdoor swimming pool... lockers to keep your stuff. its a huge park out side too... nice picnic spot overall. the only thing i dislike is the chemicals in the water, we felt its too much.

Outside food is not permitted, however, what we do is pack our food in a cooler and leave in the car. There is an abundance of open grass surrounding the Wave. Since with admittance you have in-and-out privileges we also pack blankets and when it's time to eat, will go just outside and picnic on the grass, then after lunch will go back inside the WAVE. hope that helps!

No, any child under the age of 14 must be accompanied by and adult 18 years or older while inside the facility.
Use thier automated system b/c they have diff. options for each type of swim whether it be Lap Swim or Rec Swim hours. Unfortunately, when calling thru their automated system and press 0 in order to speak to someone, it looks like that's not possible. I literally just tried like 5 mins. ago to confirm abt. their cash policy since idk if that has changed yet or not. I do understand paying by debit or credit, but sometimes when it comes to things like this, cash is much better & sometimes easier to pay with imo esp. for the concession stand too (obviously in terms of concession specifically, they prob. shouldn't accept any bill larger than $20 where I think in their case, they're allowed to do that).
you you can buy tickets on the Dublin red guide
Is the water park Open today ?
Well they sell food and drinks to make your day better then ever, hope this helps!
Yes they will let you know when it's time to leave
You would have to call
TY much for the responses Mark & A K, so basically if I book my room now for party in October... kids can’t play outside(at pool), correct? But they will have to stay inside, correct? Actually I was hoping to throw a pool party for my daughter, but I think it’s not possible, correct? Appreciate any inputs... TIA (Thanks In Advance).

Hi Noel. Outside food is not permitted inside the park but there are lots of areas to set up a picnic or enjoy outside food within Emerald Glen Park located just in front of the water park. Just get your hand stamped for re-entry.
Prices vary, please visit the website for summer and regular sessions!
