I know exactly who you're talking about and I also had problems with him and it took me quite some time and unimaginable stress but I did finally get a new wonderful social worker . Don't let him get away with making you feel uncomfortable as he did me or cutting your hours due to that , He's not a good listener and this job does not suit him and his skill set or should I say no skill set for this Type of work where you have elderly, disabled and/or very ill people.
Yes you can change them. I've done it numerous times. Your worker can also change at any time without notice as well... Right when you find a nice one they sometimes take them from you. D:
I'm in the same situation and have been told numerous times that you can. If you're part of UDW , our union give them a call and they'll walk you thru the process .
