Horrible called first need small amounts of dry ice for life saving medications for very small portable medicine freezer. Was told no problem when I arrived very rude and was told only have a 10 pounds minimum at $25.00 cooler is very small and these people don't have any compassion, way overpriced, won't honor employees word.. Negative 20 stars Newport has a dry ice location with very nice people and prices are a fraction.. Difference is black and white. Not recommended obviously
