If you're worried about calories, i would suggest preparing your own food. Just about every restaurant has such yummy goodness that would not be possible without some good old fashioned calories.
Because it is delicious. Fresh ground with a beast mix of lean protein and added fat for flavor. I think the key is moderation, as in I wouldn't eat it for lunch more than once a quarter. Nothing wrong with calories, its what your body does with those calories. Look into a film called "That Sugar Film" does a good job explaining how not all calories are equal.
First of all, if you are publicly posting use spell check, seriously. Not trying to be mean, just honest. I get my burger lettuce wrapped, no gluten. It also eliminates the calories and carbs from the bun.
