Delicious food and a nice atmosphere. I had appetizers with a strawberry margarita, and it was a great combo. Our server was also on top of our order and kept our drinks full. Great service.

The server was phenomenal, the menu varied, it was 106 outside and fairly cool inside, fun cocktails, good happy hour deals on apps and drink. We had fish tacos and bacon jalepeno cream cheese burger and tots, homemade ranch dressing (plain, garlic or avocado-all delicious), the burger was rich and delicious with caramelized onions too.

We usually love hops and drops the Kennewick location is fantastic! Richland not so great! The food was excellent the customer service not so great. Not once were we asked how our food was, once the food was delivered to the table we didn’t see her again until she brought the check to us. There was a bit of an attitude when asked for a box. A little tip for Dawn, good customer service gets you a tip!

This place is always amazing. Basically everything on the menu is good and I love all the drink options they have, although I usually stick to the classics. They also have a great assortment of beer on tap.

Hi there! Thanks for asking. We have done our best to go above and beyond to make sure we can provide the safest experience possible for our guests! In addition to all state mandated requirements like the use of masks and limited capacity, here are the other precautions we take: -Providing PPE to our employees and guests -An online waitlist to prevent violations of social distancing in our lobby -30 minute sanitization checklists in all areas of the restaurant, emphasizing contact surfaces -Contactless menu and payment options -Partitions between seating areas to make distancing more effective -Sanitizing all paper menus and table toppers before the next use Most recently, we have adopted the states Open Air Quality initiatives. This includes keeping our doorways open to promote airflow, and the constant monitoring of our Co2 ppm inside the restaurant. This tool allows us to determine if we need to further limit our seating to protect our guests and employees. Don't count on it. We've been waiting 30+ minutes to get seated and the place is less than 20% full.
No special plans, tho Hop Jack's will have breakfast from 8-11
