There are restrooms on the 2nd floor of each of the embarcadero center buildings, there's 1 at either end of the ferry building, and lastly... The public toilets a.k.a "space toilets" if you happen to be extremely daring or in desperate need! A word of warning though!! If you're sending a child in there, I'd honestly just carry them in and hold them above the thing while they do their business. Take wipes/antiseptic stuff because frequently the sinks in these are out of order. Oh yeah... sometimes the locks on the doors actually work too! Hope this helps! ✌️
