How is it possible to not be able to give a person the amount thats due to pull out there car because your closed but if I have the 105 after hour gate fee on top of the amount due for storage now all of a sudden now someone is available to help?

Exactly all of a sudden now there would be someone around to help me. So the afterhour gate fee isn't available without notice.

Because we are not in the office AFTER HOURS and it wouldn't be fair to give you the wrong price. But if you set up an appointment and are willing to pay the after hour price someone will be assigned to go to the office and pull-up the amount that is due with an additional $105 gate fee.
