When a sherrif doesnt have probable cause to search but then places me under arrest on a warrant hold to search me then never mentions this on the police record who is breaking the law

Sounds like you broke the law, that’s why you had the warrant 😂. The deputy did his job. Look up “incident to arrest search” then wipe your tears.
