Why does Ritter center have people who are employed as case managers that have no empathy or compassion for their clients?

It has been approximately 3 years since I was homeless and went to Ritter Center regularly. While I often had a difference of opinion with my Case Manager; I still felt that he was empathetic to my situation at times. He worked hard to advocate on my behalf; but demanded an equal amount of self advocacy from his clients.

It has been over 10 years since I've been to Ritter Center. But even so this really surprises me about the lack of empathy Or compassion. When I was homeless and would go there they were very caring and compassionate. Have you asked for the supervisor And brought it to their attention? If not I would definitely suggest it.
