Yes, they have showers. I'm under the impression that you go in and sign up for shower time, and they give you a time for your turn. I've personally never used them, but have seen people come back for their turn.
Yes I was able to take a 20 minute shower this Kind guy gave me a shampoo and conditioner and lotion.
