3 hours and you'll be beat. I recommend going right when they open before the masses arrive. You'll thank me.

Depends on the age of the kids and how interested they will be. And is you soothe exhibits. 3 hours is good. The dinosaurs encounters on the weekends are great.
Honestly if you have bigger kids it wont take more than 2 hours
