Yes you can use ebt. I just used it 2 days ago.
I went last week. You'll have to buy the tickets first online especially if you want to do an event like the butterfly exhibit and then when you get to the counter just tell them you have EBT, and they will refund you minus extras you pay for

When we bought tickets, he listed off all the discounts available and asked if any of those applied to us. None of the things he said were EBT cardholder, tho. Just teachers, students and military, I think.
Have to ask the museum
The museum is free. If you would like to watch an IMAX movie or visit The Art of the Brick, it costs $$.
