I believe that there is no parking time limit all day. Campers, trailers and RVs are limited to 3 days in one spot, the citywide law. All you need to do is move to stay in the area. Check National Park Service website for the official policy and 311 for city law changes.

No time limit but I have seen cops come by at 10pm and people still had pits going until 3am

Cops will be there at 9:30pm with spotlights on.
