Who do I complain to when the service is bad at a store they r all lazy

Ask when the store manager is there and tell him time and day that way he knows who was there

Wow...I curious what the situation was since I've gotten pretty good service except once maybe 6 or 7 years ago. On that day I requested a reading and resetting the code from the car's computer. This was a free service they had done in the past. The store wasn't really all the busy and the employee said they don't do that...I knew different. Like you I was in the store when the lazy employees were scheduled. I boycotted the store for almost 4 or 5 years but gave them another try and no problems so far. Sorry you experienced a bad crew day!
