I love my Gold's Gym La Mirada. My husband & I are there every day when they open in the morning which is the best time without much of a crowd. Gold's did a fantastic job of transitioning the old 24hr Fitness which we were also a member. I thought I loved 24 but Gold's is now my home! Great equipment & classes. RPM Spin Class, Sprint Spin Class & Bodypump!

Steam room is always under construction. I’m not sure if they decided they aren’t going to fix it? But it’s pretty much been broken since it opened. Very frustrating. Otherwise staff is friendly, and equipment is nice.

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐/C- The Specifics: 🏋️ Equipment is great, but just as any new gym should be. 1️⃣ The 1st Floor is crowded beyond return, even the machines are in the way... which brings us to... 2️⃣ The 2nd Floor for cardio which is a waste of space because more could be added to help the 1st floor. 🔒 The Locker room feels very exposed. No privacy at all. The hand washing sink is covered in vanity mirrors which is full of selfies. Perhaps they can make a room on the 2nd floor for these people. ♨ The Spa requires you to scan your card again. Which makes absolutely no sense unless of course they're thinking of future money making grabbers and charging certain members extra for the spa use. 💦 The machine used to dry your wet clothes is located outside the locker. So once you're done removing all your wet clothes, showering, changing... rescan your card to go out again and use the machine. ¿? Final Statement: Enormous wasted space with many, many things to fix besides being brand new.

I lived on the way to south-central LA and decided to work out and stay away from the drama. If you want to remove stress and nature, try this gym. It is so peaceful to workout. people who comes here has own business to workout. Sad thing, you have to pay for a towel for 1. It suppose including for amenities. But, I love this gym so far!!! its so cleannnn 🦋
