Yes u can pay it with debit card if u hav money in account but u still have to get smog check done tpo
No... Cash Check or Credit Card. But the credit card can not be a debit card and processed as Credit. I do you not know why it's like that I found it kind of surprising and weird but that's their policy. .
Im not 100% sure on this, but i think you can at AAA and at the DMV you have to have exact cash only.
