Does it cost to get in?

This was taking off their website today. Fees Parking:$5 per vehicle; $4 per trailered vehicle. Buses: $25 per bus. Fees are collected on weekends and major holidays April through October and only at the Redwood Gate entrance. Dogs:$2 per dog. No fee charged for guide/service dogs. In the summer months it costs $5 on weekends at the main Redwood park gate.

It's mostly free, depending on the time of the year

There are many trailheads into the park tgat cost nothing.

They charge if you come in on the weekends past the little ranger booth. Weekdays are free.

I've never had to pay anything and have parked in the lot on weekends.

There is a charge to park on weekends and holidays between April and October. As many times as I've gone, though, I've never seen anyone taking money.
