Maybe you should just go there. We did a walk in. If they give you a problem, ask to speak to a supervisor.
It's hard to get in touch with them I went for 2 months each time I went they said that they did not have anyone there who could help me you have to be persistent.
Technically they have 3 days to get back. They're a lil busy. Resend everything if no response by next week. Go to the office
Show up during the day Monday through Friday. If they have room and you qualify, they will accommodate you.
