Doubtful, they need to reopen Cleveland Ave first.
While in the wishing mode, how about a TJ's in Sebastopol? The old CVS site is still available, lots of parking. It would also bring more business to the Redwood Plaze and other business in the northern end of town.
I've been hoping they would for years! There was an article in the PD about Oliver's opposing it. That's unfortunate because it would be great for the neighborhood. But I think another Rite Aid/CVS/Wallgreens will be going there instead :(
