TJ's is always the best choice. I used to work there years ago and the company is so good that a large percentage of the same employees are still working there!! Green figs were delish I bought there today!! Flowers and plants were reasonable and unique!! Xoxox trader Joe's

Meat can sometimes be bad even though it's not past the expiry date. It's honestly just because they're not loaded with preservatives either. & They're always happy to give store credit/make it right if so.... TJs selection is always broad, consistent, and affordable. Only taking away one star because I had to come in twice for the meat.

I love so many things about my home on the Oregon coast. Stunning beaches, nice people, and virtually no traffic jams. But the groceries tend to be more expensive as they're shipped to the coast. So whenever I'm inland and close enough to a TJs I stock up on essentials. It makes my heart sing to pay $2.29 for peanut butter I love instead of $4 for an inferior product. Ditto with many other things like soy milk and wine and 🧀 cheese. Ect. So my love story with TJs continues. It's just a long distance one now.

According to the Press Democrat Newspaper, Trader Joe's Corporation began a $1.35 Million Reconstruction & Update July 2018, which appears to NOT include the Puerta Vallarta Restaurant site next door (earlier it was thought the company wanted the fire destroyed Mexican Restaurant site to improve parking and change store size from its limiting 15,000+ sq ft footprint & odd configuration related to the parking lot & doors, and thereby remake the Entrance to both). This seems to NOT have occurred. Reconstruction includes new & expanded Refrigeration & HVAC systems, new/improved Bathrooms, and a new Roof & Ceiling (internally), complete with State of the Art Fire Prevention (Sprinklers). While driving by in early September 2018, it appears a lot of the work is done or nearing completion on this older site (one of the First in Northern California, btw), which has been reconfigured and expanded several times over 20+ yrs. **Expected to Re-open in time for the Holidays-by Fall 2018!**

Trader Joe's, Santa Rosa, CA. A tented area near the entrance, occupied with one if the friendly employees, is a short stop just to ensure a mask is worn and hand sanitizer is available in a spray form. Inside customers and store reps all are wearing a mask. The helpfulness and kindness of employees is still an important part of Trader Joe's. I went there outside of the norm busy time and felt everyone truly cared. Prices are wonderful and products are natural and truly work. The Cowboy Caviar is my fave along with TJ's sesame honey almonds! I hope Trader Joe's comes to Western Montana.
