You study for your endorcements out of the DMV CDL handbook (there are cdl study apps available also) then you take tests at DMV. You do not have to test for endorcements to test for cdl...but it will help to get a better job with endorsements.
The rental place in yuba city by the bridge sells a book with all the answers in it. Study it and when at DMV take all the tests if you fail one take it again right then just go back and do it over before you finalize it. Get all that you can. It's all the same price and pay grade only goes up
