When having an appointment for service i think the 2 1/2 wait is ridiculous so i was wondering once warranty service is started here can we transfer to another facility. The wait is jist too long...

You can go to any service center. Any service center is going to need time to do the work. It's not a jiffy lube.

Linda Rivera, I wondered the same thing. I had an 8AM appointment . Left there 4 1/2 hours later. I was so upset.
