Valero bypassed their wet scrubbers because they didn't work as planned for the 702 million dollars that it cost them.

Would be nice if ASAP would be that easy, with the amount of administrative process from local governments, it would probably take years for approval. It’s why I purchase Chevron premium fuel :) have a nice day
