My experience was just the opposite, we had a great time! The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly.
I've been there multiple times and never even seen a waiter. Great place to sit in the sun undisturbed!
I also did not experience this, perhaps it was an off night?
I haven't had that experience however I will let them know.
