Yes, there is outdoor seating. Watch out for the pigeons when you sit on the patio. Management do something about this!! As far as being pet friendly, I'm not sure. Nice family place!
Not sure there is out door seating. But I didn't see any dogs.
There were dog owners there sitting outside in the patio area
