It's a cozy little restaurant with cute bistro lights strung throughout and very friendly staff. After reading so many rave reviews, my husband and I opted to give it a try. We ordered the lobster roll, the house specialty twice-cooked Maine lobster (per the waitress's recommendation), a cocktail, the chocolate souffle, and the creme brulee. You order the food through your phone and pay with a credit card or you can go up to the register if you don't have a smartphone. I'm not particularly fond of this method since it definitely doesn't fit with the ambience of this restaurant, but apparently it's a growing trend that I hope not too many other restaurants will catch on to. I digress. The food came and the lobster roll was fresh, light, and if you're not too hungry, a good snack. My husband gave it a 4/5. The lobster was piping hot and had wonderful flavor, but for $50, I got a tail and two claws over cold rice. The rice was rather jarring against the lobster, I couldn't tell if it was intentional or the rice had been scooped too early and was left sitting in the dish. Regardless, considering the rice was supposed to soak up the lobster reduction and act as a filler on your plate, it wasn't the best experience. The desserts were straight forward. A good creme brulee and a good souffle. After a bill of over $50 a person, we left uninspired and stopped for a snack on the way home to fill our tummies. If you want to spend a lot of money for a little food, here's your place, but it doesn't hurt to keep searching either.

First time to come here for us. Generally a great experience. Very friendly service. Food hit the right balance of soul food with an elegant touch. Both the fried calamari and the bbq prawns (order it in "regular" if you're not used to eating super spicy - it already packs a punch) were fantastic. For dessert we only had the banana pudding, which was great. The other desserts looked like they are worth a sin too.

A very cozy and feel likes home restaurant, love this place as first time I walked in, people are friendly and the foods is great, I mean fabulous excellent anyway is really lovely. We got a seafood stew w/ bread, the bread dipped hall stew is sooo goooood, owner say they took many hours to cook, feels like I’m under the sea. And we also order the Cajun bbq shrimp w/ greens, I have to say that the shrimp is fresh definitely, and portion of the greens quite big enough for two people for sharing, also the dressing with the rice I can have it all. As a Chocolate soufflé to end the perfect nite. We love the sweet.

Hi Ruth, our seating is first come first served :). See you soon!
There are tables outside and it's open seating. You order and pay for your food and drinks first and they bring it to you. Not sure if you can make a reservation.
