I see roaches all the time. Tried to leave and instead of "breaking lease" with 2 months rent they are trying to charge me for the 5 months I have left. With extra cleaning that I already paid extra for. Double yes to whoever said the walls are thin.
I saw the roaches when walking the tour....
Infested with roaches and termites. They shut water off every single week for maintenance with no notice. Lots of very loud college kids with thin walls. Penalty to break lease is 2 times monthly rent, so we're stuck here.
I lived here back in 2013-2015. First I rented a studio on the south side. I had zero problems, walls didn’t seem too thin, neighbors were cool, no roaches whatsoever. Fast forward a year later when I moved to the north side...the day after I moved in, roaches literally started coming out of every crevice in that apartment. They were crawling on the walls and ceilings and one even fell on me midday while I was at my dining table getting work done! The leasing office was notified the moment I first saw them. I had many pest treatments done and they still didn’t go away. It’s true the water was always being shut off. The notices were very last minute I recall. Dog owners never picked up after their dogs. People would park in my preferred paid parking spot, so I would come home from work late at night and have to call and get them towed ( the signs posted everywhere they were paid spots). There were many car break ins when I lived there also.
A lot of roaches , who didn’t see them they are all over pool area ( north side) and all north side !!!!
Having same issue..They wanba rent with bugs then those bugs need to pay rent too just sayin

I've lived here over a year. I've rarely had any roaches in my apartment. I think the total was two. I see some outside the apartments, but not many. I've had no problems with any other bugs, and I rarely hear any of my neighbors.
It depends on what side you live on. I personally didn’t have a pest problem but I lived near the leasing office.
Do you agree with me that the housing is not suitable and the service is bad and the employees love money?
