I recently joined Golden State Medical Health Plan and every time I have called them or had my health care provider try to contact them, the wait time has been over 30 minutes. My health care provider cancelled my appointment after being on hold for over 40 minutes. When I finally got through, and voice my concern, I was told they were doing the best they can. I am now on hold again for the 4th time. It was a mistake to switch insurance coverage, don't make the same mistake I did!
