How do I get to talk with an associate to ask a question, I’ve been in the ph for 1 hour, I also went through the pharmacy to get through they transferred the call and still no one answered the ph, why even have a number to call if no one is there.

Ask, to speak with a supervisor or ask, for their 800 number & tell them u like to make a complaint. I bet you're get through.

i would say demand to speak to someone is the best u can do let them k u hve been calling and transferred and still nothing r if ur their tlk to the manager someone higher and u dnt wanna b put on hold anymore r anything
