I was given a Walmart gift card for $50 and when I went to use the card on a purchase the amount on the card was at $0.00 balance. I have not purchased anything with this card. The history shows a purchase in the full $50 was made. What do I do?

Definitely call their customer service department. I had that happen to me at another store. It is also a popular scam where people write down the card number and code and steal it from you. Have to be really careful in these days.

Yes I would agree with Daniel. There should be 1800 number on the back of the card. I actually had that happen to on a movie gift card to AMC. So, I called and gift card company and they said there was an error on the card. Hope this helps.
