It's Walmart what do you expect it's Walmart I go there only if I have to otherwise I will go to the smaller stores brick-and-mortar mom and pop stores that's where you get customer service if you call the owner picks up the phone or someone that cares
They should answer the phone quickly. Each store is different, there are many factors that determine if phone is answered: 1. Does the store have good management? (Efficiency) 2. Have enough employees been hired? (Retention) 3. Did enough employees show up that day? (Morale) 4. What day and time of the day is it? (Peak times) 5. Total population within a certain radius, (busyness of store) Calling during non-peak hours, in a.m., on a weekday will increase odds of answering.
Sometime but not all the time, hanging up and calling might get you a faster response.
Don't hang up! Then you'll have to start all over again....
