No, and even if they were you should not stay at this hotel whatsoever if you actually want a comfortable experience. There's better hotels for the same price within a mile, go there.

I'm not sure. And as others implied it is not the best place to stay. However, if you just need a place to take shower and sleep between two long flights like we did, it is fine and close to the airport shuttle stop.
Even if it is, DON'T GO THERE. Myself and two friends stayed for almost two weeks back in march, and I'm still fighting them to get my deposit back. Gross and nasty and a total ripoff.
