Why do I always have to ask for a bag when I order a quart of ice cream it melts on the way home I really would appreciate a bag or put on the screen bring your own bag

i know your frustion trust me. but like the other comment suggested just keep in mind that you may have to request one every time and honestly it just isnt this place only ive been noticing us having to ask for the common basic nessecities of our items ordered just about anywhere anymore sadly sorry for your inconvenient experience recently though maybe contact management and letting them know to remind their employors on whats fully suitable for customers orders.

It's like milk at Wal Mart, don't ask for it you don't get it. Sometime you actual get someone who knows cold stuff gets hot.
