I ordered 38.00 worth of food on the app got there and waited 33 minutes on my order. I got my order and wasn’t asked or given any condiments etc. after returning home to my family we realized we were missing items. Things happen but then the food we had was really bad. Burgers burnt to a crisp nothing on them condiment wise. I feel pretty ripped off. I never review places when it’s bad because everyone has a bad day but this was over the top bad!

Update: I increased to 2 stars because the food was good when it finally arrived. The worker also provided me with some coupons for my trouble. I definitely think it is a problem they should resolve though. People shouldn't be late for work due to "fast food". Pitiful. Don’t go here if you are on a work lunch break. I haven’t even gotten my food yet to review that but I used the app and had my food ready for 12:30. It’s now 12:54 and it’s still not at my car. This is ridiculous. If you want a fast food experience that is what you expect.

We might have had to go to the North end of town, which was out of the way....but it was worth it because their blast machine worked and I Finally got a Strawberry Cheesecake Blast and it was AWESOME! And also a pork tenderloin sandwich, yummy! So filling, so Good and so fast!

Poor service. We had to ask for napkins because they didn't give us any and ended up with a stack of 30. Not sure if she was irritated or just in a rush. This was after we asked for the BBQ sauce we didn't get. Our sweet teas were not sweet. I ended up finding a clump of sugar at the bottom of mine. My husband asked for peach tea. It was barely peachy and he didn't even have a clump of sugar in his! We didn't bother returning them. On the positive side, our food was accurate and tasted good. It is what has saved them from getting just 1 star. However, we won't be going back.

Not much has changed. They operate the drive-through and car service in-stalls are available. The outside dining tables are not available to avoid close contact. Servers are wearing masks at drive-through and stall service.
