We were really excited to try the New Hushpuppy battered fish at Arby's at the Cape Girardeau Mo location. Where do i dare to start.. After ordering we pulled to the window and the Young girl there at the window was either very new or didnt know how to respond to conversation. We decided on the 3 piece meal combo. We were given our sodas and ask to pull forward to wait. There where no one in the drive through ahead of us but it still took 15 minutes waiting for the order to be brought out to us. We took a drink of soda while waiting for the order and it was mainly watered down. When we drove only 2 blocks away to get home. We sat to eat right away. When we opened our styrofoam containers we both said are they serious? Our 3 piece of fish was as short as a womans index finger and if you found the fish inside the batter (way thick and over cooked to mush) wouldnt eat it neither of us. My husband pulled his 2 fish in half and the third piece was all batter and NO fish inside. Very small pieces and gross to look at and taste was nasty because it was fried to long. Arby's plz take this advice and stick with the WE HAVE THE MEAT. beef and leave the fish side behind.

My review is not for the company… It’s for the employees! The overnight crew in Cape Girardeau are the best! 5/8/22 . As for corporate get on your job maintain your stores and systems. If not… Close it down and pay your people anyway!

Lastnight Me and my Co worker witness the workers and manager arguing with eachother around 10:30pm. I ordered my meal in which I could hear curse words over the microphone. My sandwich was not as it is usually. I have been visiting this restaurant for some time and last night was such Poor experience. The manager were telling staff she could get them fired very heated young ladies at the window lastnight. On February 27,2022. The store manager or corporate needs to hear about this type of behavior. My fries were horrible.

2.5 stars/5 If you want 5 star's you will have to do better but my guess is you don't care the cashier sure didn't. She was acting like everyone who walked through the door was just another problem that she had to deal with. It was apparent that she was thinking about being anywhere but at work. Her overall attitude demeanor disposition and vocal responses were the exact opposite of someone who should be working in a restaurant or anywhere for that matter. Now who ever is actually in charge should consider seeing about table numbers for orders so you don't give my food to the wrong person who came in much after I did this shouldn't happen but it did once it was corrected and I sat down to eat my luke warm heat lamp food. I somehow gained an extra item in the fries. Which did'nt bother me to much but it may someone who is allergic.
